Suzanne Stemme, when asked to write about herself, relates that she is often mistaken for a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader when shopping at the neighborhood grocery.

This talented VA speaks seven languages fluently, and finds herself intrigued by the recent studies conducted on fire-ant pesticides.

Yeah, right!

While her sense of humor may be "way out there," Suzanne brings lots of experience to the table in business communications, marketing, and public relations.  She has worked in both the corporate and non-profit sectors and admits to being happiest when partnering with entrepreneurs and small business owners.

"With start-ups," explains Suzanne, "there's such a sense of purpose.  It goes without saying that these types of folks want, no need, to get the most 'bang for their buck' and work best with people who can do more with less."

Suzanne also realizes that customer service for her clients, and her clients' clients, is more than just "being a nice person."

Taking pride in doing it right the first time is certainly important, but when there are problems it's important to find a reasonable response to the situation, gain consensus with those involved, and move ahead to the next project.

"Good business," comments Suzanne, "is really all about good relationships."
